Our Raw honey is extracted from the comb, allowed to settle in a large tank and then bottled without the use of any straining devices or heat. This retains all of it's natural goodness just as mother nature intended. What you will find in your jar of natural, raw honey is lots and lots of flavour, small particles of beeswax and some clumps of pollen. There may also be small amounts of propolis in the honey, all perfectly natural and packed with goodness.
To get the very best from our raw honey please don't heat it, that means not adding it to a hot drink, better to eat it stirred into natural yoghurt or on fresh wholemeal toast, cooled first of course!
