Our Borage Honey is a pure, natural and comes from a single apiary group in the heart of the Essex countryside. Also known as starflower, Borage has a vibrant blue bloom, is found as the traditional summer Pimms garnish and is grown for oil with medicinal properties. The honey itself is very clear, has a delicate taste and is really rather fantastic. Those who love it, will use it in herbal teas, on cheese and charcuterie boards and in seasonal salad dressings.
