Soft Set Blended Heather Honey
Our honeybee colonies travel from Norfolk to the North Yorkshire moors for a very brief but active four weeks of the year around the month of August to try to produce the elusive heather honey. Fickle in nature and oh so weather dependant, some years it produces and some years it doesn't.
This year we were fortunate to be able to produce this limited edition, soft set, heather honey blend.
A mix of heather and our spring honey that when carefully prepared produces a lovely soft set honey while still retaining a lighter heather taste and smell that so many of our customers have asked for.
Our honey is always unpasteurised and never filtered thus retaining its natural properties. Honey's health benefits have long been recognised by communities all over the world.
