Our honeybee colonies travel from Norfolk to the North Yorkshire moors for a very brief but active four weeks of the year around the month of August to try to produce the elusive heather honey. Fickle in nature and oh so weather dependant, some years it produces and some years it doesn't.
This year we were fortunate to be able to produce this limited edition heather honey and we have managed to select a few frames of comb to cut into these fantastic sections. Each section is inidividually weighed but will not be less than 300g
Our honey is always unpasteurised and never filtered thus retaining its natural properties. Honey's health benefits have long been recognised by communities all over the world.
